I spent the first years of my career as an accountant in Switzerland, but my true passion was sport, it defined me.
Frequent injuries, including a windsurfing accident that led to an unnecessary shoulder surgery, introduced me to alternative medicine.
Acupuncture, osteopathy, and nutrition healed me naturally when conventional methods failed.
A pivotal moment came in 2017, a snowboarding crash almost ruined my surf trip, but instead of knee surgery, I committed to holistic care, treated intensely by an acupuncturist and osteopath.
I arrived at my surf trip in the best shape ever.
This inspired my career shift. I left accounting to study general medicine for one year, then spent four years training in Traditional Chinese Medicine and massage in Switzerland then Vietnam, mastering techniques that treat the body as a whole.
Today, I bring this experience to Baleal to support natural recovery and help people explore effective alternatives when medication or surgery may not be necessary.
Tell me about your goals and vision so we can craft a collaboration aligned with your project.

Treating the root causes...
It offers a safe, personalized approach with no chemicals, no side effects, and care that treats you as a whole person...not just a symptom.
Acupunture is complementary with any other kind of therapy, with very few contraindications.
Acupuncture points stimulate the nervous system to activate bioactive chemicals in the muscles, spinal cord, and brain. These chemicals will either change the experience of pain, or they will trigger the release of other chemicals and hormones which influence the body’s own internal regulating system.
Some of the physiological effects observed throughout the body include increased circulation, decreased inflammation, relief from pain and muscle spasms, and increased blood cell production, which stimulates the immune system.
The improved energy and biochemical balance produced by acupuncture results in stimulating the body’s natural healing abilities, and in promoting physical and emotional well-being.
Acupuncture has been known to successfully treat many acute & chronic illnesses that Western medicine had trouble treating effectively.
I work with your whole self. Not just where it hurts. Not just what shows up on a scan.
Your stress, your sleep, your history, your environment, all of it matters.
I always do my best to give you the best results after your first session. Depending on the chronicity of your disorder, the number of sessions varies depending on the individual and the condition being treated.
I will provide you, an estimate number of sessions required during your initial consultation and develop a personalized treatment plan based on your needs.
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is one of the oldest healing systems in the world, rooted in Taoist philosophy and developed over more than 3’000 years.
Today, acupuncture is practiced in over 160 countries beyond China, Vietnam, and Japan.
In 2003, the World Health Organization (WHO) recognized acupuncture as an effective treatment for over 100 diseases.
Since 1997, following several clinical trials, the National Institutes of Health (NIH) has endorsed acupuncture as a safe and effective complementary therapy for various pain conditions, chemotherapy side effects, and other health concerns.
The 5 Branches of TCM
• Acupuncture
• Herbal medicine
• Chinese nutrition
• Qi Gong
• Tuina massage
Philosophy & Approach
Inspired by Lao Tzu, Confucius, and Buddhism, TCM teaches us to live in harmony with nature, eating seasonal and local foods, following natural rhythms, and flowing with life instead of resisting it.
In TCM, the human body is seen as a microcosm of nature and the universe.
We don't just treat symptoms, we search for the root cause. We consider the whole person across 4 dimensions: physical, emotional, environmental, and personal history.
Diagnosis is made through:
• Observation
• Discussion
• Pulse reading
• Tongue diagnosis
Understanding Imbalance
According to Chinese Medicine, imbalance comes from three sources:
1) Internal (Emotional states)
Anger, frustration, excessive joy, anxiety, sadness, grief, fear
2) External (Climate & pathogens)
Weather conditions, viruses, bacteria
3) Your Surroundings (Lifestyle & environment)
Stress, accidents, pollution, work environment, home life, diet, sleep quality, family dynamics, radiation exposure, toxic substances, genetic factors
The Goal
The goal of TCM is simple: restore balance (homeostasis) and activate the body's natural healing ability.
Ah, the needle question...
It's not what you think. The needle is ten times thinner than the one used for a vaccine.
Most people feel almost nothing, maybe a tiny sensation for a second, then it's gone, then something shifts.
Most people leave wondering why they waited so long to try it !
In Switzerland, acupuncturists work alongside anaesthesiologists in public hospitals for patient's intolerant to morphine, and in oncology to manage chemotherapy side effects.
In France, midwives in public hospitals use acupuncture to support pregnancies, ease side effects, and assist with labour.
In Germany, Switzerland, Austria, treatments are partly reimbursed by health insurance.
TCM does not replace modern medicine. It completes it.
Hopefully it will be integrated in a larger scale in the public hospitals all around the globe.
IN TCM WE TRUST !
Over 3’000 years of continuous research and now evidence-based results...
Traditional Chinese Medicine is not alternative. It is one of the oldest and most documented healing systems in human history, practiced across 160 countries, recognised by the WHO for over 100 conditions, and increasingly validated by modern neuroscience.
Acupuncture stimulates endorphin release. It modulates neurotransmitters, influences the nervous system, and activates measurable physiological responses at the point of needle contact.
This is not belief. This is biochemistry.
Recent analyses show acupuncture research is growing at twice the rate of conventional biomedicine.
